i feel like im back in hs and have no friends. plus my hypoglycemic reaction caused me to eat 3 chocolate chip cookies but thats okay cuz no diet/lifestyle change is perfect

so i have this addiction...

light workout!

my workout was pretty easy. like super easy. only 40 minutes of cardio on the bike! but its okay because i am busy with work this weekend




TGIF!

YAY! its friday! well actually that means nothing for me since i work everyday.  however i picked up some extra shifts so that is exciting! more shifts=more money! who couldn't use more money? i sure could! haha anyway this morning started off pretty rough.  i decided to take it easy today and workout this afternoon before dinner rather than before work this morning.  For me, at least, i always take one day a week as an "easy" day.  Since it's really nice out today i would love to go for a bike ride around town, however, my bike broke awhile back :( so that's not going to happen!  Eating this morning was pretty easy to make the right choice.  Since i was on the go this morning i grabbed a banana and my apple juice and headed out to work. For lunch i decided to eat a PBJ sandwhich on white bread (before i open up my wheat bread im going to finish the white bread!) alongside a 35 calorie Laughing Cow Cheese wedge with two servings of crackers (4 crackers=1 serving. therefore, i ate 8 crackers!) Therefore not to bad.  As for my workout today i think i am just going to do cardio and abs. sounds like a plan to me!

Pages!

Majority of my pages aren't done yet because i ran out of time today to do it, but they will be done by sunday night! or maybe even sooner! (:  Also, they will always be added to constantly, like everyday!

Just Say no....to junk food!

Junk food is so good. why can't they make junk food expensive and healthy food cheap? like if junk food wasn't so cheap i guarentee there would be less of a temptation to eat it.  However, when you are in college and make minimum wage at your job, it creates a massive temptation.  but thats when i make a detailed shopping list and buy just the things on there. and nothing else. usually. haha. but no really, healthy food is really delicious once you start to get used to it and eat it frequently.

My day in a nutshell

Until summer school starts on monday my days have been pretty laid back and easy.  Today i watched tv, went to the gym, went to the pool and layed out and talked my bestfriend via skype. oh yeah and bonus for today: my phone case came in!

Late night snacking

Me and food have a love-hate relationship.  I pretty much can eat whenever, no matter what time of day or night it is.  Problem part-i gained weight from it.  Solution- Stop doing it!
However, stopping my nightly snacking has been proving hard.  Like for instance, right now, i am starving.  well not starving, thats just me being dramatic.  more like slightly hungry could use a snack but i know that i don't need it and that i'll be good!

Losing weight+Alcohol

So my friend likes to tell me that drinking won't make you gain weight. FALSE!  You deff. can gain weight from it, especially if you drink to much of it to the point where you are taking in more calories than you have burned.  For instance think before you drink, not just so you don't do stupid things but because of the calories you are taking in!  My friend has 2 beers, and he said each beer was 150 calories.  That would be 300 empty calories.  Empty calories mean the calories dont fill you up, hence why when he got done drinking he complained to me that he was hungry.  Therefore next time you pick up a drink, think about the weight you've lost and what it'll do to your body!

Day one of cutting out Sugar

Cutting out sugar sucks.  Not going to lie, i am a sugar addict.  I pretty much can eat my body weight in chocolate, well clearly i did otherwise i wouldn't have weighed so much last year, well that and the junk food/fast food addiction!  Either way ive been  trying to compensate today by eating fruit, like lots of fruit.  Bananas are delicious, but they don't replace chocolate. oh well! it will have to do because i can't eat sugar, it makes me gain so much weight.  not only that but sugar to me is like terrible, once i start eating it i literally can't stop.  Totally unhealthy.  But right now i am starving, and i could easily eat cookies or junk food but i am thinking another banana will do!

Today's workout was easy, however, i am sore so that made it difficult! Only got in like 15 minutes of Cardio but thats okay! more to come soon!
