Me and food have a love-hate relationship. I pretty much can eat whenever, no matter what time of day or night it is. Problem part-i gained weight from it. Solution- Stop doing it!
However, stopping my nightly snacking has been proving hard. Like for instance, right now, i am starving. well not starving, thats just me being dramatic. more like slightly hungry could use a snack but i know that i don't need it and that i'll be good!
