Hey! Welcome to my blog! My name is Jess and i am a 21 year old student studying Exercise Science! The title of this blog, 129, is a meaningful number to me. My goal for this summer is to be 129lbs by the time school starts in August. Last August i weighed in at a gross 177lbs and i am now currently at 155lbs. This weightloss to me is not just a diet but it is a lifestyle change. Eating healthy and exercising is hard but it is worth it when you have the body of your dreams, or the body you once had! My blog is all about eating healthy, exercising, motivation to keep going, and everything in between! Each day I will post new things for each page, including the things i eat, the exercises i do, and probably vent about my sugar addiction amoungst other things! Enjoy (:
